We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of an established territory and drive growth through consultative selling, account management, and business development. What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow a sales territory spanning Southern and Eastern Minnesota and Northern Iowa.
  • Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, distributors, and other industry decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and customer appreciation events.
  • Generate new opportunities, convert competitive accounts, and increase market share.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and project completion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales, territory management, account management, business development, or consultative sales experience.
  • Travel requirement: Approximately 75% travel, including regular overnight travel Tuesday through Thursday. When not traveling, you'll work from the Eden Prairie office and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, generate business, and close sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated professional who can work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000-$140,000+ Total Compensation (Base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities)
  • Direct-hire position
  • Monday-Friday schedule
